Olugbenga Joseph Adebayo is currently leading the management team of Gadeshire International Group as the President / CEO.

Adebayo is a Management Consultant, Project Manager, CSR-SD Expert, Travels and Tourism Consultant, and Destination Management Consultant.

Adebayo has consulted for National, Regional and Global Corporation from various industries in private and, public sectors including Federal Government Agencies. Over the years, he has designed, administered and successfully managed various project, research, events, exhibitions, conferences, and training. He also has an in depth knowledge of designing and developing project for both private and public sectors.

Adebayo has experience and knowledge in building relationships between the corporate sponsors and commercial partners with customers and audience through Sports, Corporate Social Responsibility CSR projects, Tourism, Events Marketing, Sponsorship and Advertising. He has also produced analysis on proposed programs in Sports, CSR activities, and Events for Corporate Organization Sponsorship. He has also been clients’ representative and agent on major projects with corporate organizations, sport federations`, federal ministries, government agencies, states` government, University Games Association and lots more.

Adebayo has worked successfully and extensively with clients with culturally and socially diverse background. He has also traveled extensively to Asia, America, Europe, Middle East, Northern and Southern Africa for various projects, programs, conventions, and conferences.

Prior to establishment of Gadeshire Group, Adebayo worked as the General Manager / Project Manager at Sunrise Management & Company Limited, a Project Management Organization based in Nigeria. He has also served as member Technical Review Committee on ISO 26000 NAP draft on CSR & Sustainability Development. Adebayo is currently serving as Member Expert / Technical Committee of ISO International Standard Organization on ISO / TC 228 “Tourism and Related Services” International Standard and is also currently serving as Member, Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON) National Mirror Committee (NMC) on Tourism and Related Services.

Adebayo is a Member of International Professional Managers, (IPMA) UK, Institute of Management Consultant of Nigeria (IMCON), Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) Institute of Business Development (IBD), Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and Institute of Tourism Professionals (ITP).

Adebayo is a Chartered Management Practitioner (CMP), Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Certified International Professional Manager (CIPM), and Certified Business Analyst (CBA). He holds a Bachelor of Education Degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria and Advance Professional Diploma in Management Consultancy Practices and Organizational Development from the International Professional Managers Association, United Kingdom UK, and Master`s in Transformational Leadership, RILA in Lagos Nigeria.
